ALICE – Thessaloniki, Greece

The legendary MOMIX, the “Wizards of Dance” and favorites of the Greek audience, return in December to Thessaloniki (Megaron of Music) with the performance “Alice”, choreographed by Moses Pendleton.

Inspired by “Alice in Wonderland”, “Alice” is a fantastical, dreamlike spectacle that defies the laws of gravity, suitable for young and old.

In their nearly five decades of existence, MOMIX has captivated audiences and critics by transforming the human body into a tool for visual poetry. In “Alice,” dance meets circus acrobatics, acting, music and visual arts, while impressive lighting, shadows and modern technology create a world where the dimensions of space and time are overturned, with plenty of humor and sensitivity.
